About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Workday. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned territories.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing account plans to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales and marketing, to ensure strategic alignment and effective sales execution.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with Medium Enterprise prospects, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Workday solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely customer and prospect data, as well as pipeline and service forecast information.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales position.
  • Proven track record of negotiating deals with C-Suite executives to close opportunities.
  • Experience with a programmatic approach to generating and developing leads within a territory.
