Position Overview:

The Syteline ERP Specialist will be instrumental in the effective deployment and ongoing management of our ERP platform, Syteline. This role involves supervising the complete ERP ecosystem, ensuring peak performance, and delivering continuous assistance to users across various divisions. The perfect candidate will possess substantial expertise with Syteline and Infor Factory Track, alongside a robust background in ERP system management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in finalizing the deployment of the Infor Syteline ERP platform, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
  2. Configure and tailor the Syteline ERP system to align with the unique requirements of the organization.
  3. Develop, configure, and produce reports as requested by different departments.
  4. Oversee and maintain the ERP environment, ensuring system integrity, security, and performance.
  5. Create and implement ERP policies and procedures to guarantee efficient operations and data accuracy.
  6. Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  7. Work in partnership with various departments to ensure the ERP system aligns with business processes and objectives.
  8. Monitor and enhance system performance through regular audits and updates.
  9. Diagnose and resolve any technical issues related to the ERP system in a timely manner.
  10. Stay updated with ERP technology trends and best practices, suggesting enhancements as necessary.
  11. Travel may be required up to 20% as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience with the Syteline ERP system.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP system deployment, configuration, and upkeep.
  • Familiarity with financial data, sources of data within the ERP system, and its applications.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ideally in oil & gas or high-pressure vessel production.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of database management.
  • Experience with ERP integration, data migration, and system upgrades is advantageous.
