Role Overview

This role will be responsible for overseeing daily financial transactions and ensuring their accuracy. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Infor ERP systems experience is a plus.

Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Financial Transaction Processor Lead, you will:

  • Accurately process customer setups and maintenance in our ERP system and excel master file.
  • Assist with processing vendor payments via checks, ACHs, credit cards, wires, etc. in both Syteline (ERP) and bank (Veritex).
  • Ensure invoices are recorded accurately and timely in accordance with company policies.
  • Review purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers/employees to resolve payment processing issues.
  • Responsible for daily cash posting following the established cash application process.
  • Assist in reconciling customer statements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma required, some college or secondary education in business, finance, mathematics, or accounting is preferred.
  • 2- 3 years of related accounts payable/receivable experience required or 6 months experience as a Cash Application Specialist I, preferred.
  • Experience with Infor ERP systems such as Syteline preferred.
