Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud SyteLine Development Manager to lead our development team through the next generation of cloud-based SyteLine implementations. As the Development Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the team of developers and technical specialists to implement and support innovative solutions that transition traditional on-premise systems to cloud infrastructure.

This role will require strategic thinking, hands-on involvement, and constant collaboration with project leads, management, consultants, and customers to ensure smooth implementations, effective team management, and high customer satisfaction. You will also be instrumental in developing policies, procedures, and processes that position the company for long-term success in the cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical specialists focused on SyteLine implementations in the cloud environment.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of cloud migration projects, including design, development, and deployment of customizations, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, create proof-of-concepts, and provide accurate work estimates and proposals for cloud implementations.
  • Ensure maximum team utilization while managing time and materials billing effectively, ensuring projects remain within scope and budget.
  • Continually assess team performance metrics to optimize delivery processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers, management, and project leads to ensure project milestones and deliverables align with business expectations.
  • Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and lead the team in adopting best practices in cloud infrastructure, security, and scalability.
Daily Activities
  • Develop and maintain team policies, procedures, and cloud implementation work instructions.
  • Manage workload distribution and project queue to prioritize and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide regular project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of proposals and collaborate with clients to define scope and set expectations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SyteLine cloud technologies, offering support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing teams in cloud infrastructure environments, with specific knowledge of SyteLine implementations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Expertise in SyteLine ERP customizations, development, and integrations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
