Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Genesis Home Care. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to promote recovery and independence
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed
