Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Painter to join our team. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential interior and exterior painting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Use essential tools such as brushes, caulking guns, and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct prep work and masking to ensure a smooth painting process.
  • Work in varying temperatures and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of painting techniques and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Meet targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in residential interior and exterior painting.
  • Proficiency in using essential tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of prep work and masking techniques.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable with a solid driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Proof of auto insurance and a reliable work truck or van (ladder rack a plus).
  • Personal painter's tools and a strong understanding of painting techniques.
