Job Title: Lead Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Painter to join our team at DW Crandall Painting. As a Lead Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting process on residential projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of painters to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Collaborate with the crew to develop and implement effective painting strategies.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of painting techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Train and mentor junior painters to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential painting, with a strong background in exterior and interior painting.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Valid AZ driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
