Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced painter to join our team at DW Crandall Painting. As a residential painting specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform interior and exterior painting tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Use essential tools such as brushes, caulking guns, and ladders to complete tasks efficiently
  • Conduct prep work and masking to ensure a smooth painting process
  • Work in varying temperatures and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Meet targets and deadlines while maintaining a strong work ethic
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Drive a company vehicle and maintain a clean driving record
  • Undergo background checks and drug screenings as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior and exterior painting
  • Proficiency in using essential tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of prep work and masking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Operational work truck or van with ladder rack (preferred)
