Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced painter to join our team at DW Crandall Painting. As a residential painting specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform interior and exterior painting tasks with precision and efficiency
  • Use essential tools such as brushes, caulking guns, and ladders
  • Conduct prep work and masking to ensure a smooth painting process
  • Work in varying temperatures and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of painting techniques and methods
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Meet targets and deadlines while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior and exterior painting
  • Proficiency in using essential tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of prep work and masking techniques
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of painting techniques and methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual with a solid driving record
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Operational work truck or van with ladder rack (preferred)
  • Personal painter's tools and equipment
