Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lash Stylist to join our team. As a Senior Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day application of our services with the highest level of customer service. You will perform meaningful guest consultations, customize services to exceed guest expectations, and educate guests on our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day application of our services with the highest level of customer service
  • Perform meaningful guest consultations and customize services to exceed guest expectations
  • Confidently educate guests on our products and services, staying current via our ongoing training
  • Expertly apply semi-permanent eyelash extensions, lifts, tinting, and facial threading and more
  • Actively seek to build our brand and guest portfolio, supporting promotional and marketing campaigns
  • Take ownership of work area, exceeding all health and safety protocols
  • Take pride in luxury salon image, contributing to routine general cleanliness as a part of a team
Requirements
  • Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license required
  • Minimum 3+ years of full-time lashing experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to listen and communicate clearly
  • Strong people-facing skills, able to work with the public and always presenting professionally
  • Dedicated to continuous development, with the motivation to use tools to self-learn
  • Approaches role in an artistic but organized and detail-oriented manner
