About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality facial and microdermabrasion treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facial Treatments: Perform professional, high-quality facial and microdermabrasion treatments to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Product Suggestions: Tailor product suggestions to individual client needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on the benefits of facials as part of their overall wellness program.
  • Client Retention: Attract and retain clientele through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Requirements
  • Licensure: Must be a Licensed Esthetician in the state of Indiana.
