Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Models team, you will report to an Engineering Manager and play a crucial role in enhancing our product, which is utilized daily by numerous Machine Learning Engineers to monitor and analyze their training processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive innovative product initiatives that facilitate collaboration and information sharing among our customers (ML engineers).
  • Work alongside fellow developers to tackle complex technical challenges and optimize performance.
  • Identify strategies to enhance team productivity.
  • Prioritize user experience by actively listening to customer feedback to refine our product, collaborating with customer support, designers, and product managers.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in full-stack engineering, particularly in developing and maintaining user-facing applications. Familiarity with time series data and data visualizations is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in modern web technologies, including React and Typescript.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Go, Python, C++, etc.).
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products from concept through to launch, including technical design, implementation, and testing.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity to clarify user-related challenges.
  • Ability to translate complex user requirements into actionable features, drawing insights from users or product/customer support teams.
  • Genuine interest in the AI/ML domain and a commitment to continuous learning.
