Role Overview

Reporting to an Engineering Manager, the Senior Software Engineer will be an integral part of the Models team. Our product is utilized daily by thousands of Machine Learning Engineers who rely on it to monitor and analyze their training processes. The Models Engineering team is primarily focused on enhancing and centralizing the machine learning development workflow for our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive innovative product initiatives that facilitate collaboration and information sharing among ML engineers.
  • Work alongside fellow developers to tackle complex technical challenges and optimize performance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance team productivity.
  • Engage with end users and incorporate customer feedback to refine our product, collaborating with customer support, design, and product management teams.
Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in full-stack engineering, with a focus on user-facing products. Familiarity with time series data and data visualization is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in modern web technologies, particularly React and Typescript.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Go, Python, C++, etc.).
  • Experience in delivering high-quality products through all stages: technical design, implementation, testing, and launch.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and gaining a clear understanding of user-related challenges.
  • Ability to translate complex user requirements into actionable features, working directly with users or through our support and product teams.
  • Genuine interest in the AI/ML domain and a commitment to continuous learning.
