About the Role

We're seeking an experienced AI software engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a leading role in designing and developing custom AI solutions for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with a talented team, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom AI solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Partner with a high-caliber team across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Actively shape our engineering culture, contributing to how we learn, hire, and celebrate as a team.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in AI software development, with a strong track record of building scalable applications.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models, using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • A passion for solving complex problems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
