Job Overview

A top-tier, global Am Law 200 firm seeks a seasoned Administrative Director to lead their New York City office. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to oversee fast-paced office operations and contribute significantly to the firm's success.

Responsibilities:
  • General Office Administration: Foster a productive work environment, ensuring high morale and exceptional client service.
  • Interoffice Collaboration: Facilitate communication between local offices and Global Services staff, promoting aligned service delivery.
  • Operational Oversight: Collaborate with Senior Managers to manage office operations, facilities, and services.
Key Responsibilities (Continued):
  • Finance: Prepare and manage annual office budgets, conducting variance analysis.
  • Catering and Conference Services: Oversee catering functions and conference rooms in partnership with Catering Management.
  • Human Resources: Partner with Chief Human Resources Officer to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation cycles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of administrative management experience in a law firm
  • Experience with rapid growth environments, multi-office leadership teams, and organizational change management
  • Solutions-oriented analytical skills
  • Space construction management experience
  • Human resources experience including employee relations, state and federal law, compensation, and performance management
What We Offer:
  • Base salary: approximately $375,000 - $450,000 per year (DOE)
  • Generous bonus structure
