About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple accounts, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering strategic solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure financial targets are met

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performance teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per annum pro rata, depending on location, experience, and performance
