We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Economic Empowerment Program, driving initiatives that equip survivors of trafficking with the tools to achieve economic independence. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, you will oversee the strategic direction, implementation, and evaluation of job readiness, job placement, entrepreneurship, and career development services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Strategy and Implementation:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for the Economic Empowerment Program, aligning with Restore's mission and goals to support survivors in achieving economic independence.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs, including job readiness, job placement, entrepreneurship training, and career development services.
  • Analyze data and outcomes to assess program impact, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Ensure that trauma-informed, evidence-based best practices are integrated into all economic empowerment services and partnerships, prioritizing the dignity and well-being of survivors.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision:
  • Supervise and coach the Economic Empowerment staff.
  • Promote a trauma-informed, survivor-centered, and culturally responsive approach across all staff interactions and program services.
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for EE program staff.
  • Partnership Development and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with businesses offering job opportunities, education and vocational training providers, entrepreneurship training/incubation organizations, and volunteers.
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to expand opportunities and resources for survivors, leveraging existing networks and creating new partnerships.
  • Represent Restore at Economic Empowerment-related meetings, committees, and events to advocate for survivors' economic independence and amplify the program's impact.
Requirements
  • Affirm the Nicene Creed and attend a Christian church
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Able to work in a hybrid work environment, with availability for occasional travel to meet programmatic needs.
  • Critical and strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to effectively articulate key messages, prioritize, and negotiate conflict when engaging clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems, deliver commitments, and develop plans in ambiguous situations, exhibiting empathy, cultural humility, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the values of diversity, inclusiveness, and empowerment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000–$100,000 based on qualifications, relevant experience, and ability to meet role responsibilities, along with a comprehensive benefits package including major medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, employee contributions to a 401(k), HSA, and FSA, and commuter benefits.
