Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to join our team at Accounting Career Consultants. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing our HR information systems, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our HRIS systems, including data entry, reporting, and analytics.
  • Develop and implement HRIS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to employees on HRIS systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems.
  • Analyze HR data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely benefits administration, including open enrollment and claims processing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with benefits vendors and brokers.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HRIS, with a focus on benefits administration.
  • SHRM certification or CEBS designation preferred.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
