About the Role

KPS Global is a leading manufacturer of Walk-in Coolers and Freezers, serving the retail food market and industrial applications. As a Service Desk Lead, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble fabricated parts under general supervision, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
  • Operate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power tools, to assemble and install accessory components.
  • Load, unload, lift, and move materials and products, utilizing lifting equipment when available.
  • Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to select and position materials and accessory components.
  • Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk on concrete up to 100% of the work day.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, with assistance for over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb and balance.
  • Ability to use hands to reach, handle, and/or feel.
  • Ability to visually inspect products.
  • Manual dexterity in hands for tool usage.
  • Ability to work in temperatures above 95° in a non-climate controlled building.
Preferred Qualifications
  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing or construction experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English.
