Job Summary:

As a Lead Patient Service Representative at Solis Mammography, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. Your primary responsibility will be to manage daily operations, verify and input patient information, and participate in training sessions. You will also be responsible for supervising team members, training new hires, and maintaining open communication with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient workflow and minimal wait times for patients.
  • Verify and input patient information into the system, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in front office and company training sessions to stay up-to-date on procedures and best practices.
  • Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet company expectations.
  • Train new Patient Service Representatives, monitoring their progress and providing feedback.
  • Maintain open communication with the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
