Role Description:

  • Manage and operate machinery responsible for various packaging tasks, including filling, labeling, and wrapping products.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to batch record specifications during the execution of packaging and labeling operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Facility teams to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the cleaning and sanitization of both Primary and Secondary Packaging areas and equipment.
  • Execute room sanitization procedures as per departmental guidelines.

Accountability Highlights:

  • Follow detailed batch record instructions for manual packaging processes.
  • Assist in setting up and operating automated packaging equipment.
  • Facilitate the transfer and tracking of materials between packaging and warehouse locations.
  • Report any potential issues to the Quality Assurance team or management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of packaging environments.
  • Support Equipment Specialists in the qualification of new machinery as needed.
  • Stay updated on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Participate in relevant meetings to support production objectives.
  • Engage in safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Foster a professional and confidential relationship with stakeholders while adhering to all regulatory standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability practices.
  • Proactively identify and report safety concerns to management.
  • Exercise caution and halt operations when necessary to ensure safety.
