Job Title: Concentrate Packaging Technician

Cannabis industry leader Fluent Cannabis is seeking a skilled Concentrate Packaging Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for all aspects of concentrate packaging, from raw material intake to final product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Package concentrates in accordance with company standards and regulations
  • Organize and manage data related to concentrate packaging
  • Maintain accurate tracking records of seed-to-sale systems
  • Start new product folders and report needed maintenance on equipment
  • Manage inventory of supplies, materials, equipment, and finished products
  • Provide forecasting insight and analysis while collecting efficiency data
  • Execute schedule batches and confirm batch records
  • Maintain a focus on safety and injury prevention in all aspects of production work
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a GMP workplace
  • Compliance with current Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) guidelines
  • Strong math and computer skills, including ability to create and interpret data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Effective time management and high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment:

This position operates in a cultivation and manufacturing environment, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with standard office equipment and processing machinery.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and using hands to finger, handle, or feel. Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs.

Travel:

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
