Office Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Reliance Staffing Inc. as an Office Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Operations and Sales teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reception desk coverage for visitors and answer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage company mail, make check deposits, and ensure receipts and invoices are promptly sent to our corporate office in Germany.
- Input orders into the company's ERP system, create invoices, and packing lists.
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Vice President of Operations and Director of Sales.
- High school graduate, with some college or post-high school education preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak English fluently.
- 2+ years of related experience, with a strong background in administration and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly.
The schedule for this position is 9:00am-3pm, Monday-Friday. There are no medical benefits for this role, and you will accrue 2 weeks' vacation.
