Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to assist staff with assigned administrative duties, including updating client information, preparing documents, and maintaining office files.
- Financial Support: Assist with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables, as well as client billing and petty cash management.
- Client Support: Assist in organizing client documents, preparing Client Organizers, and providing general support to clients.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, such as the After Tax Luncheon and Firm Christmas Party.
- General Support: Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
