Position Overview

The Office Support Specialist is responsible for managing phone communications, performing data entry tasks, and maintaining records related to refunds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Keep an accurate log of refunds
  • Generate reports utilizing Excel and demonstrate proficiency in various Excel functions
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma preferred; computer literacy is essential
  • Proficient in English

Skills and Competencies:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues
  • Proficient in computer usage and email correspondence

Required Software and Equipment:

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Work Environment:

  • Standard office environment
  • Note: No meat products are allowed in the office; lunch must be consumed in designated groups or off-site.

Additional Information:
