We are currently seeking a Part-Time Retail Operations Leader - Level 2 to help guide our socially conscious, pop culture-focused brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Store Manager in reaching sales objectives and targets. It's not solely about the revenue, but that is a significant aspect.
  • Help in attracting, nurturing, and retaining a highly collaborative and enthusiastic team to run the store alongside you.
  • Be the store's greatest advocate - generating enthusiasm and customer interaction by promoting new merchandise, utilizing social platforms, and offering services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Take the lead in ensuring smooth operations; balancing operational tasks, delegation, and customer-focused sales practices.
  • Monitor shrinkage/loss prevention closely, manage payroll hours, and coordinate associate schedules effectively.
  • Communicate efficiently with retail leadership and HQ partners regarding trends and customer feedback.
  • Analyze sales data and leverage insights to develop strategies for meeting sales goals.
  • Implement visually appealing merchandising strategies, adhering to planograms, and ensuring timely execution of promotional activities.
  • Just as a fellowship is essential for a quest, collaborate with your Store Manager to build a team of dedicated, high-performing, customer-centric associates.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management. If you have a passion for philanthropy and pop culture, this position is perfect for you.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to success and a drive for continuous achievement.
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication, recruitment, operational (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising) skills, and a knack for team development.
  • Possess exceptional skills: outstanding communication, time management, professionalism, operational insight, and a dedication to team growth.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to join this dynamic environment.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a degree is an advantage.
  • Flexibility is essential. Retail is an ever-changing field, and you thrive on overcoming unexpected challenges.
  • Proficient in standard retail responsibilities (with or without reasonable accommodations): navigating the store, merchandising with approved tools, and handling products weighing up to 50 pounds.
