- Interpretation and Analysis: Ability to interpret sales reporting data to improve store performance.
- Customer Focus: Strong desire to exceed expectations to achieve both personal and financial success.
- Communication and Teamwork: Exceptional customer service skill and interpersonal/communication skill.
- Education and Experience: Must be over age 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Demands: Ability to learn quickly, be driven to excel, and meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and requesting assistance as needed.
