As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement training plans tailored to meet organizational needs and goals.
* Create and deliver training curricula and materials, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
* Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare others for training roles.
* Produce clear and concise training documentation, including User Guides and Tip Sheets, to support learners in applying their new skills.
* Conduct training sessions for various audiences, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
* Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluations, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in training and development, with a focus on curriculum design and delivery.
* Proven experience in developing training plans, curricula, and documentation.
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools.
