Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator-Bilingual to join our team at Gaylord Hotels. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for employee records and other HR-related documents.
  • Prepare and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence to employees and external parties.
  • Order and track office supplies and forms, ensuring timely delivery and maintenance of inventory.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the creation of new employee personnel files and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including uniform and personal appearance standards.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • License or certification not required.
