Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining filing systems, creating and typing office correspondence, distributing and routing mail, and ordering and tracking HR office supplies and forms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Create and type office correspondence using a computer, including letters, memos, and reports.
  • Distribute and route mail, packages, and other materials to the correct recipients.
  • Order and track HR office supplies and forms to ensure a well-stocked and organized office.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Create new employee personnel files and maintain confidentiality of employee and property records.
  • Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain space designated for completing applications and ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and accessible to individuals with disabilities.
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Inform HR management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9s.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • None of the following licenses or certifications are required: License or Certification:
