We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Brooksby Village, a beautiful 90-acre continuing care retirement community located in Peabody, Massachusetts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple venues and working closely with the General Manager to ensure resident satisfaction and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee food purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation, ensuring efficiency and quality within budgetary parameters.
- Supervise and implement core menus and recipe management systems, maintaining proper procedures for kitchen sanitation and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents through dining room visits and meetings, ensuring optimum food quality and presentation.
- Partner with Unit Manager to resolve issues with food production, preparation, and presentation.

- Certification from a culinary training program or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years proven track record as Executive Chef.
- ServSafe certified preferred.
- Possess creative skills in food preparation and presentation, as well as proven time management and organizational skills.
