  • Comfortable communicating with parents via phone
  • Values process adherence and maintains diligence throughout the enrollment journey
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail, along with outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Following enrollment protocols related to our services and guiding families through the enrollment stages
  • Managing the client enrollment pipeline effectively
  • Understanding ABA principles and articulating how our services can benefit families in need
  • Assisting in enhancing the enrollment process and overall experience
  • Meeting established metrics for company growth and enrollment
  • Supporting both external and internal communication efforts to enrich the experience for families

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining professionalism and high-quality communication skills
  • Energetic and outgoing personality eager to contribute to a growing organization
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as FreshSales, Salesforce, or Hubspot
  • Proven track record of being assertive, organized, and effective in interactions with referral sources and clients
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Public Relations, Marketing, Healthcare, or Communication with relevant experience)
  • Compassionate with a high emotional intelligence, dedicated to providing excellent customer service and patient experience
  • Strong desire to enhance the company's digital presence
  • Motivated to excel and grow within our expanding organization
  • Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willing to contribute to achieving our mission
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that should be evident in your cover letter
  • Must successfully pass background checks as required
