Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a highly skilled Supervising Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day property management of our Brand-New Lease-Up community, Eastpark Apartment Homes. This 369-unit Class-A apartment community will feature a range of amenities, including a Clubhouse, pool and spa, athletic court, and Gym.

The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, preparing agreements, and supervising/training all property employees. A separate office will be provided for the Supervising Community Manager to manage staff and conduct work from.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day property management of Eastpark Apartment Homes
  • Market and lease properties to prospective residents
  • Maintain property integrity and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Screen and select prospective residents
  • Collect rents and process payments
  • Serve notices and prepare agreements
  • Develop and maintain reports and records
  • Supervise and train property employees

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous supervisory experience
  • Previous experience with Entrata Property Management Software
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
