Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Community Director at The Quarry Apartments in Hillsboro, OR. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for connecting with prospects, working alongside colleagues to build resident relationships, and contributing to running property operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct unit tours, showcase property amenities, and build rapport with residents
  • Assist in addressing resident concerns, facilitating healthy resident relations, and researching market trends
  • Prepare reports for the Community Director, manage leasing and renewal processes, and build a sense of community through events and activities

Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in multifamily/student housing industry within the last 10 years
  • 1+ years of experience as an assistant manager at an apartment community, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
