POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Operations Associate provides essential administrative and technical assistance to the Human Resources department, ensuring the utmost confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Adheres to all integrity protocols and procedures, safeguarding the accuracy of employee data.

2. Manages and organizes files for staff employment applications and resumes.

3. Conducts thorough reference checks for prospective employees.

4. Pre-screens candidates for employment and administers necessary pre-employment assessments.

5. Processes onboarding documentation and maintains comprehensive employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and precise in both physical files and HRIS.

6. Aids employees in completing benefit enrollment forms.

7. Facilitates orientation sessions for new hires.

8. Collects and maintains personnel data for HRIS and reporting purposes.

9. Prepares reports, memoranda, correspondence, performance evaluations, and other documentation as required.

10. Proofreads and corrects written materials for grammatical, punctuation, spelling, and numerical accuracy.

11. Reconciles monthly billing for drug screening services.

12. Posts job openings on both internal and external platforms.

13. Researches and identifies training resources, programs, and presenters.

14. Coordinates training facilities and activities.

15. Assists with employee recognition initiatives and certificates.

16. Monitors the staff mentoring program.

17. May provide training on Student Sexual Harassment Identification and Prevention to new student intakes on a weekly basis.

18. Produces high-quality work in a thorough, timely, and accurate manner.

19. Maintains appropriate attendance, accountability, and productivity standards.

20. Plans, prioritizes, and organizes tasks to meet established objectives and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited institution is preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in human resources is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and Human Resources Certification is preferred.
