Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Office Management
- Manage and maintain the office environment, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise and train lower-level staff as needed.
