Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Member Service Associate to enhance our team. This role involves delivering prompt, precise, and courteous service to our members while understanding their financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with members to identify their financial objectives and needs through thoughtful conversations, ensuring a deep understanding of their goals.
  • Provide assistance with account management, including opening and closing accounts, issuing debit cards, and facilitating both domestic and international wire transfers.
  • Act as a branch concierge, welcoming members and guiding them through our services.
  • Support members in navigating online banking and mobile applications, as well as assisting with seminar registrations and account security updates.
  • Handle business accounts, IRAs, and fiduciary accounts with precision.
  • Process various lending applications, including personal, auto, and home equity loans.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive service coverage in the teller area when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise is essential.
  • Experience in cash handling is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.

Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
