Position Overview:

This training will equip you to achieve both personal and team sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.

Additionally, you will have the chance to progress within the organization, benefiting from skill-based pay increases, quarterly bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement (90% of our management positions are filled internally). Key Responsibilities:
Fulfill member requests including:
- Taking passport photos
- Planning road trips
- Distributing maps and travel guides
- Cashiering duties
- Providing various member services

Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales or service quality objectives
- Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
