Position Overview:
The Member Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring that all transactions are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy, contributing to overall member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver courteous, precise, and efficient service to members while adhering to established policies and procedures during transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with members by anticipating their needs and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
- Exhibit proactive behavior by engaging with members and identifying opportunities where the Credit Union can offer solutions to their needs.

Financial Needs Assessment:
- Recognize members' financial requirements and communicate tailored solutions that address those needs effectively.

Work Schedule:
- Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Specific Duties Include:
- Execute all Teller transactions with minimal errors
- Welcome members as the branch concierge
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Credit Union products and services
- Open, manage, and close business accounts, IRAs, and fiduciary accounts
- Process applications for VISA, personal, auto, and home equity loans
- Collaborate with members to identify their financial goals through effective discovery conversations
- Provide support in the teller area as needed.

Qualifications:
- One to three years of relevant experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Cash handling experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
