Job Title: Accounting Manager

DivIHN Integration Inc is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Accounting team, you will be responsible for executing accounting processes and activities across the organization to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP accounting, internal policies, and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and execute journal entries and reconciliations to ensure high accuracy
  • Own accounting processes of leases, FX, intercompany, and fixed assets
  • Lead and coordinate flux analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials
  • Partner with International accounting, FP&A, Technical Accounting, Finance Systems, and other cross-functional teams to develop, support, and improve systems, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment and update controls as the business evolves
  • Recommend and drive improvements in business processes and financial reporting
  • Possess a deep understanding of ERP systems, including sub-modules, and develop, implement, and/or maintain one or more accounting systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
  • 6 years of accounting and finance experience, including experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or a large public company
  • CPA is a preferred, active or inactive
  • Solid technical knowledge of GAAP/SEC accounting and reporting requirements, especially ASC 842 - Leases
  • Proven experience in optimizing Accounting & Finance processes and scaling and automation of processes
  • Prior significant experience with SOX controls, documentation, and processes
  • Experience with delegating tasks, open to direction, and collaboration, and commitment to getting the job done
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic accounting department, successfully juggling multiple projects and deliverables
  • Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, analytical, and lateral thinking skills
  • Netsuite experience is required. Blackline and Coupa experience is a plus.
