Business Strategy Leader

Amazon's WW Operations Finance FP&A team is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join a fast-paced planning, analytics, and tech team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional financial planning support to senior leaders, collaborating closely to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans to enhance processes, tools, and analytics, fostering innovation and business improvements.
- Leverage Operations metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities, linking finance and operations for optimal results.
- Establish trusted partnerships with business stakeholders to inform and support tactical and strategic business decisions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, evaluating impact and proposing changes to ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of finance or analytical experience, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to dive deep into complex problems and succinctly present findings.
- MBA or CFA certification.
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL and experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools.
