Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the SAP HANA Finance Consultant encompass, but are not limited to:
- Deliver expert consultation and support to the finance department during the SAP S/4 HANA deployment.
- Assist in the configuration and tailoring of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules to align with organizational needs.
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure effective integration of financial workflows into the new ERP framework.
- Support various financial functions including accounting, controlling, financial planning, and treasury management.
- Identify and resolve challenges associated with the SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
- Facilitate change management processes and provide user training to ensure a seamless transition.
- Offer ongoing assistance to the finance team during the post-implementation period.
- Provide support for current public sector finance operations as necessary, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
- In-depth understanding of financial processes, including accounting, controlling, financial planning, and treasury management.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively contribute within a specific business function while enhancing expertise in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, promoting a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with both implementation-related tasks and ongoing finance operations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on ERP system implementations.
- Proven track record working with SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in finance and controlling.
