About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Solution Analyst - SAP WM to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our SAP WM and integrated technology solutions meet business requirements and achieve identified business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist subject matter experts with gap analysis and process definitions as part of projects and system enhancements
  • Provide high-level service for break-fix incidents
  • Design and configure systems platforms and applications to meet business requirements
  • Lead the development of business and technical process documentation and training materials
  • Monitor project progress and recommend actions
  • Serve as liaison between Business Divisions/Functions and IT on projects and enhancements
  • Mentor and support development of more junior Solution Analyst team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management, or Business Intelligence
  • 5+ years of work experience in a business or technology role working closely with functions outside of IT
  • High level of experience in systems development lifecycle models such as Agile or other traditional project management principles
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to design, configure, and deploy solutions to support them
