Residential Program Manager

The Residential Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of assigned residential programs. This role involves providing supervision and guidance to staff, ensuring day-to-day operations align with psychiatric rehabilitation principles, and facilitating progressive discipline as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and supervise staff in conjunction with the Residential Services Coordinator.
- Arrange staff schedules to meet health and safety requirements and individual needs of residents.
- Supervise the development and implementation of Quality Indicators through the IAP process and Program Goals.
- Participate in person referrals, admissions, and discharges.
- Ensure program and person records are current, comprehensive, and meet agency and funding source standards.
- Liaison with families/guardians, DMH, and other outside service providers.
- Supervise and participate in housekeeping and maintenance of the house and vehicle.
- Participate in the development of the program budget and monitor program expenses.
- Supervise the management of person's funds and possessions within IAP and agency guidelines.
- Monitor medications in accordance with MAP regulations.
- Teach NSCS trainings to newly hired employees.
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field highly preferred.
- Two years of supervisory experience; two years of experience in Human Services, specifically with populations with developmental disorders and/or mental health, and supervisory experience required.
- Must have a Driver's license; must be MAP certified, CPR/first aid certified within five continuous months of employment/date of hire (training provided).
- Paid Time Off – Two weeks' Vacation per year (three weeks after 2 years of service), 12 Sick Days per year, and 11 Paid Holidays per year.
