HR Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC.
This role involves handling employee relations investigations, collaborating with HR leadership and legal teams, and ensuring accurate timekeeping processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least 5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee investigations, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and lawyers to resolve conflicts.
- Manage timekeeping processes to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Maintain HR records and assist with audits.
- Support HR compliance tasks, including policy updates and EEO reporting.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and assist with HR functions.
