Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Description:

The HR Director will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business results. This includes:

  • Recruitment: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, overseeing the entire hiring process, and collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Employee Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution, fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution, and conducting investigations into employee complaints and disciplinary matters.
  • Performance Management: Developing and administering performance appraisal systems, guiding managers in setting performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews, and providing coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
  • Training & Development: Identifying training needs and designing training programs to enhance employee skills and career development, coordinating orientation programs for new hires and ongoing training for current staff, promoting leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Overseeing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness, conducting salary surveys and recommending adjustments based on industry benchmarks, managing employee benefits enrollment and addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations, developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment, developing and implementing strategies to enhance workplace diversity and cultural competence.
  • Workplace Safety & Wellness: Implementing and monitoring workplace safety programs to ensure a safe working environment, developing wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyzing HR metrics and trends to make data-driven decisions and improvements, preparing reports on HR activities, including recruitment, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Leading and developing the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, providing guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Designing and implementing employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention, conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Strategic HR Support: Collaborating with the General Manager and executive team to align HR strategies with business objectives, participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support organizational goals.
