Job Summary

Rudolph Community and Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional services to our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of up to three houses, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance in our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to program managers and staff to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Program Supervision and Quality Assurance
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor program quality and provide coaching and support to staff as needed.
  • Compliance and Licensing
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
    • Prepare for and participate in annual licensing and relicensing meetings.
  • Relationship Building and Community Engagement
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage with the community and promote the organization's mission and services.
  • Human Resources and Staff Development
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
    • Provide coaching and support to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in leading/managing staff in a human services organization.
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
    • Experience in strategic planning, program development, and quality assurance.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using computers and software applications.
