**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate cranes to troubleshoot, repair, and inspect them at customer sites.
  • Complete all required technician training and safety courses promptly and efficiently.
  • Carry out mechanical tasks, such as electrical, fuel system repairs, cooling systems, and more.
  • Service and repair various machine components like drive trains, hydraulic systems, and braking systems.
  • Identify faults and verify concerns using diagnostic equipment and instruments on all machine systems.
  • Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Prepare necessary reports and forms related to work assignments.
  • Maintain technical knowledge on all equipment available within the dealership's area.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Two-year technical degree or 3 years of mechanical experience.
  • Obtain certification for Potain crane repairs and assembly/disassembly.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of construction equipment operations and mechanical functions.
  • Good communication skills and a valid driver's license.
  • Capability to lift 75lbs and work independently.
  • Attentive to working responsibly, safely, and efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude towards improvement and appreciation.
