Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of up to three houses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and driving the strategic direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve program performance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to program managers and direct support professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional services.
    • Lead regular meetings with program managers to discuss program performance, address challenges, and set goals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure that all programs are in compliance with regulatory requirements, including 245D licensing.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with program operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.
  • Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners to ensure the success of our programs.
  • Human Resources Support
    • Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in leading/managing staff in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of 245D licensing and regulatory requirements.
    • Experience in strategic planning, program development, and risk management.
  • Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
  • Walking on an on-going basis.
  • Sitting on an on-going basis.
  • Reach and grip with hands frequently.
  • Use of motor skills for typing and utilizing computer and phone frequently.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch on occasion.
