Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist

At Cleveland Clinic, we are seeking a highly skilled Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team of dedicated physical therapists. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with patients who require vestibular rehabilitation services to improve their balance and reduce dizziness-related problems.
About the Role:
We offer a part-time position working 24-26 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes two 8-hour days on Monday and Friday, and two 5-hour days on Tuesday and Thursday, or three 8-hour days. As a Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive caregiver environment where your skills and expertise are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients requiring vestibular rehabilitation services.
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions to develop and revise personalized plans of care.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- SUPERVISE ACTIVITIES OF PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANTS, STUDENTS AND OTHER SUPPORT PERSONNEL.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in vestibular rehabilitation highly preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
As a Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist at Cleveland Clinic, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
